Fiji Airways has announced that, starting December 10, 2023, travelers will have the option to fly direct from Nadi, Fiji to Dallas, Texas. This marks the introduction of the first-ever non-stop flights, lasting approximately 13 hours, to Dallas Fort Worth International Airport.
During a press conference held this morning, the national carrier revealed that flights will be operated using advanced Airbus A350-900XWB aircraft, which include 301 economy class seats recognized for winning the Best Economy Class in Australia and the Pacific at the SKYTRAX World Airline Awards 2024, along with 33 business class lie-flat, all aisle access seats.
To celebrate the launch, Fiji Airways is offering a special introductory round-trip airfare of FJD$1,699.
Fiji Airways’ Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Andre Viljoen, expressed excitement over the new route, highlighting its significance as a key development in expanding Fiji’s connectivity with the United States and providing travelers with more options.
