Fiji Airways has launched a new line of amenity kits in collaboration with travel industry leaders, Samsonite and Formia. This initiative marks the first significant redesign of the kits since 2012 and will be available on all long-haul flights for Business Class travelers.
The updated amenity kits feature two unique bag designs adorned with vibrant Fijian motifs and come in two distinct color schemes. They are crafted with high-quality materials, including vegan leather accents and water-repellant twill fabric. One of the designs comes with a useful strap that enables passengers to secure the kit over their luggage handles, enhancing convenience during travel.
Inside each kit, travelers will discover a carefully selected range of travel essentials. These include earplugs, breathable socks, an oversized eyemask designed for improved light-blocking and better sleep, a bamboo toothbrush with toothpaste in eco-friendly kraft packaging, a pen made from kraft and wheat straw, and a nourishing 10ml body lotion from the Italian vegan skincare brand Teaology, which is enriched with tea extracts.
Fiji Airways is prioritizing sustainability with these kits, as they are designed for durability and constructed with significantly less plastic compared to previous versions. By incorporating circular principles and enhancing the appeal for travelers to retain the kits, the airline is committed to minimizing environmental impact.
