Fiji Airways Boosts Nadi-Adelaide Flights: What You Need to Know!

Fiji Airways has revealed plans to increase its Nadi-Adelaide service from two to three weekly flights starting in April 2025. The flights are scheduled to take off from Nadi every Monday, Thursday, and Saturday at 7:30 AM, landing in Adelaide at 11:35 AM.

Return flights will leave Adelaide at 12:35 PM and arrive back in Nadi at 8:15 PM. Adelaide Airport managing director Brenton Cox noted the flights provide excellent opportunities for travelers, highlighting the appeal of Fiji as a holiday destination along with its role as a convenient connection to the US west coast.

Cox emphasized the family-friendly scheduling, which avoids overnight travel between the two cities, as the flights arrive in Adelaide late morning and depart shortly after noon. He also pointed out that the flights serve as a valuable link to Fiji Airways’ North American routes, benefiting South Australians traveling to the US and American visitors heading to South Australia.

Fiji Airways will operate its Boeing 737 Max 8 for this route, which accommodates 170 passengers, including eight in business class and 162 in economy. South Australia’s tourism minister, Zoe Bettison, remarked on the significance of North America as a crucial international market for the state, asserting that the new connectivity with Fiji will further enhance South Australia’s appeal as a destination.
