Fiji Airways Boosts Nadi-Adelaide Flights: What You Need to Know!

Fiji Airways has announced an increase in its Nadi to Adelaide service, expanding from two flights to three flights per week starting in April 2025. The new schedule will see flights departing Nadi every Monday, Thursday, and Saturday at 7:30 AM, arriving in Adelaide at 11:35 AM.

The return flights will leave Adelaide at 12:35 PM, landing back in Nadi at 8:15 PM. Adelaide Airport’s managing director, Brenton Cox, remarked that the Fiji flights are excellent for travelers, serving both as a wonderful holiday destination and as a convenient one-stop connection to the US west coast. He highlighted that the flight timing is family-friendly, avoiding the need for overnight travel between the two locations.

Cox also noted that the flights provide good connections via Nadi to the airline’s North American schedule, offering more options for South Australians traveling to the US, and vice versa. Fiji Airways will continue utilizing its 170-seat Boeing 737 Max 8 aircraft for this route, which includes eight business class recliners and 162 economy class seats.

South Australia’s tourism minister, Zoe Bettison, emphasized that North America is an important international market for the state, and this new one-stop connection with Fiji Airways will enhance South Australia’s appeal as a travel destination.
