Osea Kolinisau has been officially reappointed as the head coach of the Fiji Airways Fijian 7s team for the next four years, leading up to the Los Angeles 2028 Olympics. This decision follows extensive discussions that included coaches, team managers, and captains, along with an independent review.
FRU Interim Chairman Peter Mazey highlighted Kolinisau’s impressive performance over the past four months, underscoring his capability and future vision.
“He has major plans moving forward, which he will share in due course. We are excited about the potential of our men’s Sevens team under his continued leadership and are committed to pursuing gold at the Los Angeles 2028 Olympics,” Mazey stated.
