Osea Kolinisau has been officially appointed to continue as the head coach of the Fiji Airways Fijian 7s team for the next four years, leading into the Los Angeles 2028 Olympics. This decision follows extensive discussions that involved coaches, team managers, and captains, alongside an independent review.
FRU Interim Chairman Peter Mazey highlighted Kolinisau’s commendable results over the past few months, showcasing his ability and vision for the team’s future. “He has significant plans for the future, which he will disclose at the appropriate time. We are enthusiastic about the potential of our men’s Sevens team under his ongoing leadership and remain dedicated to striving for gold at the Los Angeles 2028 Olympics,” Mazey stated.
