Fiji’s rugby sevens team, under the guidance of coach Osea Kolinisau, has achieved a remarkable feat by securing two medals in recent tournaments in Dubai and Cape Town. Their successful campaign includes a gold medal with 20 points from Dubai and a bronze medal adding 16 points from Cape Town, allowing them to rise to the top of the HSBC Sevens World Series standings with a total of 36 points.
Currently, Spain holds the second position with 32 points, while France and South Africa are tied for third and fourth, each with 30 points. New Zealand sits in sixth place with 24 points.
