The third day of the Fiji Bitter Wairiki 7s Carnival at the Wairiki Parish Grounds in Taveuni produced a mix of outcomes as teams progressed into the elimination rounds of the tournament. In the men’s category, Police Blue demonstrated their prowess with a decisive 33-0 victory over Fiji Pine Brothers, while Wairiki Old Boys managed a close 19-14 win against Ucunivatu Rugby. Other notable results included the Somosomo Sharks falling to WT Tribals 17-7 and Raiwasa Taveuni defeating Viwa Rugby 12-0, showcasing the depth of competition in this spirited tournament.

The women’s matches also provided thrilling moments, with Tagimoucia Ranadi delivering a dominant performance against Ucunivatu Women’s Rugby with a score of 41-0. Naselesele faced a tough challenge from Lilian Amazon, concluding with a 26-7 result.
