FICAC Commissioner Under Scrutiny: Case Moves to Prosecution

FICAC Commissioner Barbara Malimali’s alleged abuse of office case has been forwarded to the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions for further evaluation. In an official statement, FICAC confirmed that this action pertains to a complaint regarding alleged abuse of office against Ms. Malimali during her time as the Electoral Chair with the Electoral Commission of Fiji (ECF).
