The case involving FICAC Commissioner Barbara Malimali, who is accused of misusing her office, has been forwarded to the Office of the Director of Public Prosecution for further evaluation. According to a statement from FICAC, the case concerns a complaint about Malimali’s conduct during her time as the Chair of the Electoral Commission of Fiji (ECF).
