The Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption has decided not to pursue charges against former Attorney-General Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum regarding allegations of violating Section 24 (5) of the Political Parties (Registration, Conduction, Funding, and Disclosures) Act 2013. Additionally, FICAC suggested revisions and improvements to the elections office to prevent similar issues in the future and enhance clarity and support during investigative processes.
