Fatal New Year’s Eve Brawl: Man Charged with Murder

A 38-year-old man from Vidogo Settlement in Vatuwaqa is scheduled to appear in court tomorrow, facing a murder charge. The incident occurred on New Year’s Eve when the victim, a 32-year-old manager, attended a drinking gathering with the accused and six others.

The situation escalated around 10:00 AM on New Year’s Day, leading to a physical confrontation in which the suspect allegedly attacked the victim, leaving him unconscious on the floor.
