The Fiji Police Force has announced that the driver suspected of causing the death of a 20-year-old man in a motor vehicle accident in Lautoka last week has been charged.
According to a police statement, a 30-year-old man has been charged with dangerous driving resulting in death. He appeared in Lautoka Magistrates Court yesterday. The accused has been remanded in custody, with the case scheduled to resume on September 30, 2024.
