The Magistrates Court has scheduled the trial date for the case involving the former Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama and the former Police Commissioner Sitiveni Qiliho.
Both individuals appeared before Suva Magistrate Jeremaia Savou this morning and are facing charges of ‘unwarranted demand made by a public official’ and ‘abuse of office’, respectively.
