The Fiji Football Association has confirmed the eight teams set to participate in the Rooster Chicken/Scoops Ice Cream Battle of the Giants Tournament this year.
Nasinu and Tailevu Naitasiri will miss out on the BOG Tournament for 2024.
Despite Nasinu’s recent 1-0 victory over Ba during round 12 over the weekend, which advanced them to the eighth position, they will not take part in the BOG.
Suva, the host of the tournament, has qualified even though they are currently in ninth place.
The Digicel Fiji Premier League points table is highly competitive at the moment, especially between Rewa FC and Labasa FC.
The pool draw for the BOG Tournament is set for tomorrow.
The group stages of the BOG will be held from July 26-28, with the knockout stages occurring a week later at the HFC Bank Stadium in Suva.
