Fiji Football Association has confirmed the eight teams set to compete in this year’s Rooster Chicken/Scoops Ice Cream Battle of the Giants Tournament.
Nasinu and Tailevu Naitasiri will not be participating in the 2024 BOG Tournament.
Despite Nasinu’s recent 1-0 victory over Ba in round 12 over the weekend, which elevated them to the eighth position, they will not be included in the BOG.
Suva, the host, will qualify for the tournament even though they are currently in ninth place.
The Digicel Fiji Premier League points table remains highly competitive, particularly between Rewa FC and Labasa FC.
The pool draw for the BOG Tournament is scheduled for tomorrow.
The group stages of the BOG will take place from July 26-28, and the knockout stages will occur a week later at the HFC Bank Stadium in Suva.
