Next month, Sigatoka will host the much-anticipated McDonald’s Fiji Coral Coast 7s, featuring seven international teams. The event will see the participation of the New Zealand and Samoan national teams, both of which are expected to draw significant crowds. Additionally, development teams from Australia and New Zealand are set to showcase their talents, alongside the Seattle Barbarians and Bula Bay 7s from the United States, as well as the impressive Mike Friday Selection side.
Local representation will be strong, featuring the defending champions, the Fiji 7s team, as well as several other homegrown clubs including the Fijian Drua 7s, BLK Lavidi Brothers, Tuva Rugby, Devo Babas, Ratu Filise, Colo West Highlanders, Taikita Brothers, and Brothers Club.
