Adi Cakobau School will take on Bucalevu Secondary in the semi-final of the Weetbix U18 Raluve Trophy next weekend. ACS, featuring Fijiana Drua halfback Noelani Baselala, achieved a hard-fought 34-24 win against Jasper Williams High School. The team from Sawani started strong, scoring consecutive tries in the first half and leading 12-5 at halftime. The second half saw an intense battle, but ACS managed to widen the gap with three additional tries, making it tough for Jasper to close the score.
On the other hand, Bucalevu Secondary School secured their semifinal position by narrowly defeating Lomary Secondary School 15-12. In a thrilling match, Bucalevu was down 10-12 with only five minutes remaining when their fullback executed a pivotal play, dashing for a last-minute try that clinched the victory.
