The program’s significance was highlighted by CMF International President and Founder Rev. Suliasi Kurulo, who stated that this vocational initiative is a commitment to bridging the unemployment gap within the community.

The newly established training center at CMF College offers a wide range of courses. These courses are designed to meet the demands of different industries, ensuring that participants are well-equipped for the job market.

Pene Arapio, the Director of the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Program, elaborated on the future plans for the initiative. He mentioned that in 2025, the department aims to pilot the mainstream integration of TVET, which will be rebranded as the Vocational Technology Program. This program is planned to begin in Year 9 across all schools that have vocational centers.
