Rampur Primary School in Navua celebrated its Annual Prize Giving and Year 8 Graduation ceremony on November 28. This special event recognized the achievements of students, with Arshia Mala from Year 803 receiving the prestigious DUX 2024 award.
During the ceremony, Acting Deputy Commissioner of Police, Sakeo Raikaci, delivered an inspiring speech to the students, underscoring the importance of self-respect. He emphasized, “Don’t make decisions today that you will live your entire life regretting.” Raikaci encouraged the students that a bright and fulfilling future is achievable through honesty and self-appreciation.
