Empowering Futures: Fiji’s Job Discovery Program Transforms Lives of Youth with Disabilities

A new initiative known as the Job Discovery Program is making significant strides in empowering youth with disabilities in Fiji, offering them vital support in securing employment. Nina Tokavou, the program’s lead, expressed how relieved parents feel knowing that their children will now have better job opportunities and the chance to integrate into the workforce. Through the Job Discovery Program, ten students from the Fiji Vocational Technical Training Centre for Persons with Disabilities are the first beneficiaries.
