Cadets at Nadroga Arya College were encouraged to meet their families’ expectations and significantly contribute to the ongoing development of their communities and country. This message was delivered by Colonel Jofiliti Talemaibau, the Republic of Fiji Military Forces human resources management director, during the college’s passing-out parade last Friday.
“The students and youth here today are Fiji’s national resource, more important than all other resources available to Fiji,” he emphasized.
Colonel Talemaibau highlighted the importance of focusing all government and community efforts on nurturing the youth to help them achieve their full potential. He stressed the need to adhere to proper ethical behaviors and actions.
“With this in place, we ensure that our children can be nurtured and prepared to make Fiji a better place to live than the one we have lived in,” he added.
The cadets demonstrated excellent teamwork and discipline during their passing-out parade.
