A significant collaboration has been formed between FNFP-owned IHG Fiji Hotels & Resorts, which includes InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa, Grand Pacific Hotel, and Holiday Inn Suva, and Leadership Fiji, as they launch their inaugural Executive Leadership Program. This initiative aims to empower C-Suite and executive leaders in Fiji while enhancing leadership skills across diverse sectors.
Although enrollment in this Executive Leadership Program is by invitation only, it promises to deliver a transformative experience designed to help leaders address the challenges encountered in today’s fast-paced global and local environments. The program emphasizes strategic leadership and impactful decision-making, with participants engaging in intensive workshops, seminars, and experiential learning sessions focused on governance, strategic thinking, and social responsibilities.
The event will also feature expert speakers, experienced facilitators, and opportunities for peer-to-peer learning.
