This partnership celebrates the launch of its first Executive Leadership Program, representing a significant achievement in leadership development.
The initiative is designed to empower C-Suite and executive leaders in Fiji, aiming to bolster leadership skills across various industries. Although the Executive Leadership Program is exclusive by invitation, it offers a unique and transformative experience that focuses on delivering innovative solutions to contemporary challenges faced by executives in both local and global contexts.
The program emphasizes strategic leadership and effective decision-making. Participants will take part in a range of workshops, seminars, and experiential learning opportunities that cover governance, strategic thinking, and social responsibilities.
