A significant partnership has been established between FNFP-owned IHG Fiji Hotels & Resorts, which includes the InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa, Grand Pacific Hotel, and Holiday Inn Suva, and Leadership Fiji. This collaboration has led to the launch of the inaugural Executive Leadership Program, marking an important milestone.
The objective of this initiative is to empower C-Suite and executive leaders in Fiji while enhancing leadership skills across various sectors. Although this program is exclusive and by invitation only, it offers a unique and transformative experience focused on developing leadership capabilities to tackle the challenges encountered by executives in the rapidly changing global and local landscape.
Emphasizing strategic leadership and impactful decision-making, participants will be involved in a range of intensive workshops, seminars, and experiential learning activities, covering topics such as governance, strategic thinking, and social responsibility. The program will also include immersive sessions with experienced speakers, facilitators, and opportunities for peer-to-peer learning.
Sharyne Fong, Chief Executive Officer of Leadership Fiji, expressed excitement about the partnership, stating, “We are thrilled to partner with FNPF-owned IHG Fiji Hotels & Resorts. Their support not only enhances the quality of our program but also underscores the importance of collaboration between businesses and community initiatives in developing impactful leaders for the future of our Fiji.”
