BSP Financial Group Limited and Australian Business Volunteers have introduced the Fiji THRIVE Programme in the Northern region.
The initiative aims to support Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises and has successfully completed the initial phase of a 6-month coaching and mentoring program.
BSP General Manager Retail, Ravindra Singh, underscored BSP’s commitment to MSMEs and urged participants to seize this growth opportunity despite any challenges they might face.
“As your bank, we take pride in your achievements. This programme is demanding, but with determination and the resources provided, you can overcome any obstacles and succeed,” Singh said.
The Fiji THRIVE Programme, offering free coaching from ABV’s seasoned business professionals, was rebranded from the ‘Your Enterprise Scheme’ and customized to the Fijian market as THRIVE.
The acronym THRIVE stands for building a resilient, inclusive, and vibrant economy.
ABV professionals Kaylene Benson and Cathy Corderoy are providing valuable advice in the Northern Division, aiding businesses in navigating local challenges.
The programme reflects BSP’s dedication to fostering entrepreneurship and economic development in Fiji.
