The Swire Shipping Fijian Drua has announced that forwards Vilive Miramira and Mesake Vocevoce have re-signed with the club through to 2027. Miramira, a pivotal player since the team’s inception in the 2022 season, has made 36 appearances and scored three tries. His dedication to the sport and the squad was highlighted when he was part of the Flying Fijians team at the 2023 Rugby World Cup.
Vocevoce, who joined the Drua two seasons ago, has made 24 appearances and has been a consistent part of the matchday lineup. His contribution was recognized last year when he won the Pepsi Rookie of the Year Award, and he recently scored his first try against the Queensland Reds.
The Drua will face the Blues this Friday at 7:05 PM at HFC Bank Stadium in Suva, marking another significant match for the team as they look to build on their performances this season.
