Dramatic Draw: Ba and Navua Battle to a 2-2 Stalemate

Ba came from behind twice to secure a 2-2 draw against Navua in Round 13 of the Digicel Fiji Premier League at the Uprising Sports Centre in Pacific Harbour. The match began with Simione Damuni putting the home team in front, but young talent Penaia Nagatalevu quickly equalized just minutes later.

Midfielder Rahul Krishna then put Navua ahead again midway through the first half, but a penalty converted by Mohammed Raheem allowed Ba to level the match once more just before halftime.

The second half ended without any goals, and tensions escalated, leading to red cards for Ba’s Rahul Naresh and Ilaisa Nayasi. Following this result, Rooster Chicken Ba falls to fifth place with 19 points, while Flowserve Engineering & Pump Supplies Navua remains in sixth with 18 points.
