The 2024 Police IDC Soccer tournament kicked off today at Ratu Cakobau Park in Nausori and will continue until October 5.
Acting Police Commissioner Juki Fong Chew highlighted the significance of discipline throughout the event, speaking to team management and referencing past challenges from the Sukuna Bowl camp last year, which led to the dismissal of key players over disciplinary issues.
Chew also expressed gratitude to the tournament sponsors for their backing as the Police team gears up to defend their title in the Vodafone 2024 Ratu Sukuna Soccer competition scheduled for next month.
