Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) has announced the arrival of direct flights from Fiji Airways. The airline’s chief executive officer, Sean Donohue, stated that these nonstop flights will commence in December, providing a timely option for travelers during the winter holiday season.
“DFW is thrilled to add the stunning islands of Fiji to our expanding list of international destinations, offering North Texas residents direct access to a tropical paradise and linking Nadi with DFW’s extensive network of over 250 global destinations,” Donohue remarked.
The new service will operate three times a week, specifically on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, utilizing Fiji Airways’ Airbus A350-900 XWB aircraft. This aircraft will feature 301 economy class seats and 33 lie-flat business class seats, all with aisle access.
The inaugural flight is set to take off on December 10, with special introductory fares currently available for booking on the Fiji Airways website.
With this new route, Dallas Fort Worth becomes Fiji Airways’ 24th international non-stop destination and the fifth within North America.
