A fire early this morning in Cuvu, Sigatoka, resulted in the complete destruction of a double-storey house. Witnesses reported that the blaze ignited around 2:00 AM.
The National Fire Authority responded to the incident; however, they were unable to bring the fire under control in time. The property was owned by a retired businessman. Fortunately, the Fiji Police Force has confirmed that there were no casualties reported.
