On November 4, Arvin’s taxi was discovered abandoned near the Suva Flea Market, with the doors open and keys resting on the seat, yet there was no sign of him. Despite a police investigation, efforts to locate him have so far been unsuccessful, plunging his family into a tumult of hope and fear.
