The company is recognized for its innovative practices and commitment to sustainable timber production.

During his visit, Deputy Prime Minister Kamikamica explored the operations of one of New Zealand’s largest sawmills, which supplies high-quality timber to various markets, including New Zealand, Australia, and the Pacific region. He acknowledged Red Stag Timber’s achievements in innovation and supply chain development and emphasized the potential benefits of collaboration with Fijian industries.

Kamikamica highlighted that by adopting the modern technology and best practices observed at Red Stag Timber, Fiji could enhance its forestry sector, particularly with mahogany, a key export for the country.
