Shaneel Prakash, the proprietor of Arisha’s Indian Cuisine, is advocating for support for small businesses at the Hibiscus Carnival while also expressing his enjoyment of the festival atmosphere.

With three years of experience operating stalls at various events on Viti Levu, he acknowledges the significant assistance from his wife in aiming to recover the $2,000 stall fee by the upcoming Tuesday.

Prakash’s stall offers a variety of food including Indian dishes, BBQ, subs, and hotdogs, with the Indian offerings being particularly popular this year. He is contemplating expanding the menu for future carnivals.

The favorable weather conditions have contributed to increased sales, drawing in a large number of customers.
