Datec Unveils Upgraded Exam Centre to Meet Global Certification Demand

DATEC has announced the reopening of its upgraded Pearson Vue Test Centre Select (PVTC Select), which aims to provide a top-notch international exam facility to accommodate the increasing demand for global certifications among skilled professionals.

Vinit Nand, the CEO of Datec, expressed the company’s commitment to excellence and support for professional development within the community in a statement released yesterday. He emphasized that the facility is built to meet the highest international standards and will play a crucial role in developing knowledgeable teams to face future challenges.

The PVTC Select facility ranks among the top five percent of Pearson Vue Testing Centres globally, adhering to stringent international technical specifications, equipment standards, and certified personnel requirements.

This new test center will enhance convenience for Datec’s clients, particularly candidates from the greater Suva area, who previously had to travel to the West to take their exams.

The center’s capacity has been increased fourfold, enabling more individuals to take exams simultaneously. Additionally, it provides access to the prestigious PTE exam and other advanced exams that were previously unavailable in Suva.

The upgrade from PVTC to PVTC Select aims to establish a leading Computer Based Test (CBT) facility that supports digitalization and adapts to the changing landscape of certification exams. This initiative reflects a commitment to growth and continuous improvement, ensuring that individuals from Fiji and the surrounding region have access to premier testing experiences.
