Shaneel Prakash, the owner of Arisha’s Indian Cuisine, is advocating for the support of small businesses during the Hibiscus Carnival while emphasizing the fun of the festival.

Having set up stalls at various events across Viti Levu for the past three years, he acknowledges the crucial role his wife has played in helping to cover the $2,000 stall fee by Tuesday.

Prakash’s menu features a range of options, including Indian dishes, BBQ, subs, and hotdogs, with this year’s Indian offerings receiving particular praise.

He is contemplating expanding the menu for future carnival events.

Favorable weather conditions have significantly boosted sales, drawing in numerous customers.
