The upcoming 68th Miss Hibiscus Festival is set to unveil the Luxury Vintage Swarovski and Pearl Crown for Miss Hibiscus 2024, designed by master jeweler Maria Yang. Yang, a contemporary jewelry artist, holds certification as an emerald appraiser from the Hong Kong Jewellery Institute and is a member of the China Collectors Association.
The crown is intricately crafted with alloy, silver, and gold plating, embellished with Swarovski crystals and pearls. The winner of the Miss Hibiscus competition will receive a round-trip ticket from Fiji Airways to Los Angeles, Hong Kong, or Singapore, along with $1,000 in cash, a four-night cruise to the Yasawa Group with Blue Lagoon Cruises, and two nights of luxury accommodations at Nanuku Resort in Pacific Harbour and Radisson Blu Resort on Denarau.
Additionally, the winner will be awarded a $500 skincare package from Nama Fiji, two personal billboards at the entrance of Suva City courtesy of Go Advertising, and a day pass to the Sabeto zipline.
The first runner-up will take home $750, a one-year membership at Malamala Beach Club, and other prizes, while the second runner-up will receive $500, a day cruise to South Sea Island, and additional rewards. All contestants will also enjoy a day pass to the Sabeto zipline in Nadi.
