Cracking Down on Crime: Stolen Goods Seized in Raids

The Central Crime and Criminal Investigations Department Operations carried out two raids targeting individuals suspected of receiving stolen property.

Assistant Commissioner of Police Operations (ACP) Livai Driu reported that the raids took place in settlements in Tamavua and Toorak yesterday, resulting in the seizure of several laptops, a camera, and various other items believed to be stolen.

ACP Driu stated that these operations are part of ongoing efforts to dismantle the market for stolen goods, which aims to reduce incidents of theft and robbery.
