Today, three individuals are set to appear at the Suva Magistrates Court facing charges related to a recent drug enforcement operation in Nadonumai. This operation was conducted by a collaborative task force, which included members from the Criminal Investigations Department, Police Mobile Force, Fiji Detector Dog Unit, and Divisional operations.
One of the suspects, a 29-year-old man, is facing a charge of possessing illicit drugs. Meanwhile, the other two suspects, aged 27 and 23, have been charged with serious assault.
This case highlights the ongoing efforts of law enforcement in Fiji to combat drug-related offenses and ensure public safety.
