Colgate-Palmolive has unveiled its new Colgate Total® in Fiji, marking a significant step in the company’s commitment to superior oral health solutions. The launch, which took place on Thursday at the Grand Pacific Hotel in Suva, introduced a formula focused on active prevention, providing comprehensive protection against various oral health issues.
The event saw the participation of important retailers, dental professionals, and media, who were able to witness the innovative aspects of Colgate Total firsthand. Country Manager Adrian Romanin emphasized that this innovative product establishes a new standard for oral health in Fiji and across the Pacific Islands. He described the launch as not just the introduction of a product but a significant leap forward in preventative oral care.
Colgate-Palmolive’s strategic aim is to double its market share of Colgate Total in Fiji from five percent to ten percent by 2030, while encouraging consumers to move towards premium oral care products. The company is also actively working alongside Fijian dental professionals, conducting scientific demonstrations, and providing testimonials that affirm the product’s efficacy.
Furthermore, this launch aligns with Colgate’s broader initiatives aimed at improving oral health standards in Fiji, including collaborations with the Fiji Dental Association. Recent community-focused programs have underscored Colgate’s long-term commitment to dental health education, as evidenced by past efforts such as National Tooth Brushing Day and the “Bright Smiles, Bright Futures” initiative, which have significantly impacted local communities.
The New Colgate Total will soon be available at major supermarkets and pharmacies across Fiji, reinforcing the company’s dedication to enhancing dental health across the region.
This endeavor reflects an optimistic outlook for the future of oral health care in Fiji, where enhanced products and community engagement can lead to improved health outcomes for both current and future generations.
