In the 2024-2025 Budget, the Coalition Government has committed a fund of $2 million for the finalization of Govind Park in Ba.
The allocated budget is aimed at re-establishing the venue as a central point for tournaments and social gatherings, which the inhabitants of Ba have been missing for the past six years.
Biman Prasad, the Deputy Prime Minister, expressed his displeasure regarding the management of the Govind Park project last year, branding it as a catastrophe due to its poorly executed handling and management. He underscored the urgency for an exhaustive examination into the project’s implementation.
