Police in North Carolina have arrested a 33-year-old man following a stabbing incident on a Charlotte commuter train that left another individual critically injured. The suspect, Oscar Solarzano, faces serious charges including attempted first-degree murder and assault with a deadly weapon, as reported by the Charlotte-Mecklenburg police.
