A mother has voiced her concerns following an alarming incident involving her daughter, a tertiary student, who was allegedly watched by an adult male while changing in her dormitory on Tuesday. The incident has been reported to authorities at the Totogo Police Station.

The mother shared her account under the condition of anonymity, detailing how the man was seen loitering near the bathroom and residential areas before allegedly following her daughter to her room. She claims that security footage captured the individual behaving suspiciously and potentially spying on her daughter during this vulnerable moment.

Adding to her concerns, the mother noted that the same man was reportedly seen on the premises again the following day, which has heightened fears for her daughter’s safety as well as that of other young women in the area. Expressing her anguish, she urged authorities to take prompt action to ensure the safety of students.

Questions sent to the police about the incident have yet to be answered, leaving the mother and the community anxious for a resolution to this troubling situation. This incident raises significant issues regarding safety and security measures in campus environments, underscoring the need for effective monitoring and swift responses to ensure the well-being of all students.
