After two rounds of competition in the OFC Pro League, Extra Bula FC finds itself in fifth place among the eight teams participating. Despite not yet securing a victory, captain Roy Krishna remains optimistic about the team’s progress and believes that positive results are on the horizon.

Bula FC began their campaign with a draw against a Vanuatu team and then faced a narrow 1–0 defeat against Auckland FC last Friday. Krishna is confident in the direction the team is headed, stating, “Just keep going, you know. We still believe, you know, it’s a long way. But we’re on the right track.” He emphasized the importance of maintaining belief within the squad, even when trailing in matches.

The captain noted a significant improvement in Fiji football over recent years, highlighting the encouraging development of the local game. This optimism is reflected in the mindset of the players, who remain committed to their goals despite the challenges faced so far.

Bula FC’s upcoming match against South Island United has been postponed, with a new date yet to be announced. The team will return to the pitch this Sunday to face Solomon Kings FC at 5:30 PM, with the match available for live viewing on FBC 2. The team and its supporters are hopeful that the hard work will soon bear fruit, leading to the wins they desperately seek.
