Bula FC’s head coach, Stephane Auvray, is focused on energizing his squad as they prepare for their upcoming encounter with Vanuatu United FC next Sunday. The team recently faced a challenging defeat, losing 1-0 to Tahiti United in the OFC Pro League match held in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. However, Auvray remains optimistic about his team’s ability to recover and perform better.

Having just completed the second circuit of matches in PNG, the team is set to return home for preparation ahead of round three in Australia. Acknowledging the team’s struggle to score, Auvray declared, “I know we’ll come back, so we’re just going to keep pushing because we have everything except the goals.”

Currently, Bula FC sits in fifth place in the league standings, accumulating five points from five matches, which includes one win, two draws, and two losses. Auckland FC leads the league with 15 points from six fixtures, followed by South Melbourne FC at 11 points and Solomon Kings FC at eight. Both South Island United and Bula’s upcoming opponent, Vanuatu United FC, along with PNG Hekari FC, linger in the lower ranks.

With determination and a focus on improvement, Bula FC looks ahead to their match against Vanuatu, aiming to secure a crucial victory.
