Brother New Zealand has announced a new distributor for its products in Fiji and the Pacific following the termination of its long-standing partnership with Telecom Fiji Ltd. The new distributor, Pacific Brothers Distributor Pte Ltd, was introduced during an announcement made this week in Suva.
Warwick Beban, the managing director of Brother New Zealand, expressed enthusiasm for the new collaboration through a video message from Europe. He highlighted the significance of Fiji to their operations and described the transition as necessary due to changes in their previous distributor’s business focus.
Beban noted that while Brother New Zealand regards its products as essential, they required a partner willing to promote their complete range in the market to foster growth for both parties. He pointed out the challenges experienced with Telecom Fiji Ltd, specifically due to the lack of technical and warranty support for Brother products.
He conveyed appreciation to Pacific Brothers for stepping in to provide support to clients and assured that the new partnership will include 24/7 help desk support and complimentary poll calls for customers.
