Tailevu Naitasiri will focus on enhancing their goal-scoring abilities in their upcoming match against Rewa in round 12 of the DFPL this week.
Coach Priyant Mannu acknowledges that his squad possesses both depth and pace, but minor errors have hindered their scoring opportunities, particularly during their recent game against Ba.
“There were a lot of missed opportunities in the game against Ba, so going forward, we will work hard on our finishing,” stated Mannu.
Although the team has lost two experienced players during the transfer window, Mannu remains confident in the young talents stepping up to fill the gap.
“We lost two experienced players from our squad in the transfer period, but we have young boys who can take their place. It showed in the game against Ba, as we picked up our pace,” he added, expressing optimism about their performance in the next round.
Tailevu Naitasiri will face Rewa at Ratu Cakobau Park, Nausori at 3 pm this Sunday.
