Ticket prices for the eagerly awaited ‘Battle of Fiji’ matchup between the Swire Shipping Fijian Drua and the Skipper XV Select have been officially announced by the event organizers. Scheduled for Friday, February 6, this game will be contested for the prestigious Sun Bell Trophy.

Fans can enjoy affordable ticket options, with general prices set at $5 for the grass embankment, $10 for the Timber, Southwest, and Waitui Stands, and a limited number of Platinum Stand tickets available for $15 each. Additionally, organizers have introduced a special two-for-one deal: supporters purchasing tickets for the February 14, 2026, game between Fijian Drua and Moana Pasifika at Churchill Park will receive free tickets for the Battle of Fiji in the same category.

Shane Hussein, the general manager of commercial operations for the Fijian Drua, emphasized their commitment to affordability, noting the significant enthusiasm surrounding the match. “It’s set to be a Fiji rugby fan’s dream – the chance to watch their favorite Drua and provincial players bring intensity, flair, and excitement on February 6 in Lautoka,” he remarked.

Fijian Drua co-captain Temo Mayanavanua expressed his anticipation for a challenging game against the Skipper XV Select, who are eager to showcase their skills against one of the top rugby franchises in the Pacific. He stated, “I’ve heard they’ve been preparing really well, and I’m sure it’s going to be a fierce contest. They’ll be young, ambitious, talented, and hungry players vying for places in the Skipper Cup. My message to the fans is to come and witness massive hits, stylish offloads, and Fijian flair at its finest in Lautoka – it’s going to be fantastic.”

The event will take place at Churchill Park in Lautoka and is expected to draw a passionate crowd, celebrating the rich rugby culture of Fiji while providing an exciting atmosphere for fans.
