The semi-final matchups for the 2025 Extra Battle of the Giants tournament have been finalized, following the completion of the group stages at Subrail Park in Labasa. The host team, Extra Supermarket Labasa FC, who emerged victorious at the top of Group A, will take on River Tubing Fiji/Classic Tours & Rentals Navua FC, the runners-up from Group B, in the first semi-final set to kick off at 2 PM this Saturday.
Navua secured their place in the semi-finals by capitalizing on Suva FC’s inability to achieve the necessary five-goal margin against Rewa in their last group game. In the second semi-final at 4 PM, Group B winners Lincoln Rewa FC are set to face Paradise Seafood Supplies Lautoka FC, who qualified as runners-up from Group A. Lautoka’s goalless draw with Labasa in their final group match was sufficient for them to advance, pushing Ba FC out of contention.
