Viliame Colowaliku, referred to as Bill, is a 37-year-old man from Raralevu, Nausori. He is characterized by his brown complexion and has distinct tattoos; one on his neck that reads “Patience W attitude,” and another on his left arm saying “Nacobua” and “Carpedium.”
